Do you pay every month or every third month?

Your subscription fee will be deducted from your account every month via debit order. Therefore you pay every month and receive a Jippee box every third month (after the payment date you selected).

How long is the subscription period?

The initial subscription term is for 3 months. Your membership will automatically continue on a 3 month basis until you terminate it via written notice. It will automatically terminate on your child’s 5th birthday.

When will I receive my first box?

Your Jippee Box will be delivered once three consecutive payments have been made.

Why does Jippee deliver every third month and not on a monthly basis?

We want to ensure that your child gain the most learning and education from the toys that we have curated specific to their developmental milestones. Within the three months between deliveries, we want your kids to learn by first engaging with the toys, then learning through really playing the correct way and lastly to fall in love with the toys so they return to play with them again and again. Remember in their little world – repetition is key! We believe too many toys, too soon, can interrupt this learning pattern by not having enough “one-on-one” time with each toy.

What delivery methods are available?

We make use of courier services to deliver all our boxes nationwide. In case we are unable to courier the box to your address or location (due to accessibility or increased cost), we will contact you to make other arrangements. What is your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your subscription after any 3 month period. Please send your cancellation request to info@jippee.co.za

What is your Return Policy?

Should any of the products within the Jippee box be damaged during shipping or is defective, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and either receive an account credit or a refund, or have the product repaired or replaced, depending on the situation.

May I pick which products I would like my child to receive in their Jippee Box?

Each quarter, the Jippee team of experts work very hard to choose only the best products for each of your children’s Jippee Boxes. We like to keep the Jippee Boxes a true surprise, making it more fun when opening. However, by providing feedback via email, you can help to choose the product specials that we will occasionally feature on our site for purchase. These items are only offered to members who are currently subscribed to one of our annual programs.

Do you offer additional products for purchase?

On occasion you will be notified of product specials where we will have items for purchase. We choose special items based on the feedback we receive from you, our members. These items are only offered for a little while… while stocks lasts. We invite you to give feedback via email that we can cater to your little one’s wishes.

Do you ship to other neighboring countries or internationally?

No, unfortunately not. As the company grows we might consider this at a later stage.
